Thank you for choosing First General Baptist Church to host your next event! Here are a few guidelines that need to be followed in order to use our facility:
*You will be expected to abide by all of the guidelines as stated in our "Church Facility Usage Policy" ( If this is for a wedding, please see our "Wedding Guidelines" pamphlet.)
There are NO exceptions to these rules
*After the event, the facility will be inspected to ensure cleanliness of the church and that no damage has occurred. If damages are found, you will be asked to cover the expenses to fix them.
*By filling out and signing this agreement, you are stating that you fully understand, and will abide by, all stated guidelines. The trustees will review this form and make a decision on your inquiry as soon as possible.
